Estudio ergonómico en el sector del calzado: tareas de aparado
El puesto de trabajo de aparado es uno de los más representativos del sector del calzado y de otras industrias textiles. Tradicionalmente ocupado por mujeres, las condiciones de trabajo implican aspectos ergonómicos (posturas estáticas, repetitividad, etc.) que se asocian con trastornos musculoesqueléticos.
Para cuantificar los principales factores de riesgo ergonómico y proponer recomendaciones de mejora se ha llevado a cabo un estudio, realizado por el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (INSST) y el Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia (IBV).
Mediante una revisión documental y un estudio de campo en diferentes empresas, se han identificado los principales problemas ergonómicos existentes en este puesto de trabajo y se han propuesto soluciones tanto de diseño del puesto como organizativas para su mejora.
Además, se incluye un análisis de la evolución ergonómica del puesto en los últimos años.
Abstract
Ergonomic study in the footwear industry: stitching tasks
The sewing machine workstation is one of the most representative of the footwear and other textile industries. Traditionally occupied by women, their working conditions involve ergonomic aspects (static postures, repetitiveness, etc.) that are associated with musculoskeletal disorders. In order to quantify the main ergonomic risk factors and propose recommendations for improvement, a study was carried out by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSST) and the Valencia Institute of Biomechanics (IBV).
This document contains the results of a documentary review and a field study in different companies. In this way, the main ergonomic problems existing in this workstation are identified and then technical and organizational solutions are proposed for their improvement.
In addition, an analysis of the ergonomic evolution of the job in recent years is included.
