Resumen
Esta herramienta permite la evaluación del riesgo de estrés térmico mediante siguiendo el criterio de la norma UNE-EN ISO 7933:2023 Ergonomía del ambiente térmico. Determinación analítica e interpretación del estrés térmico mediante el cálculo de la sobrecarga térmica estimada.
Teniendo en cuenta, entre otros, la duración de la actividad, las condiciones ambientales en las que se desarrolla, el consumo metabólico y la ropa de trabajo empleada se concluye si pueden originar estrés térmico a la persona trabajadora y, en caso afirmativo, se aporta el tiempo máximo permisible (Dlim) para los niveles de referencia de la temperatura interna o la pérdida acumulada de agua mediante sudoración.
Abstract
This tool allows for the assessment of heat stress risk by following the criteria of the UNE-EN ISO 7933:2023 standard, Ergonomics of the thermal environment. Analytical determination and interpretation of heat stress by calculating the estimated thermal overload.
Taking into account, among other factors, the duration of the activity, the environmental conditions in which it is carried out, metabolic consumption, and the work clothing worn, a conclusion is drawn as to whether they may cause heat stress to the worker and, if so, the maximum permissible time (Dlim) is provided for the reference levels of internal temperature or accumulated water loss through sweating.
